BSEMR 2025 Autumn Conference – October 3–4, 2025 | University of Nicosia, Cyprus

The Black Sea and Eastern Mediterranean Review (BSEMR), together with the University of Nicosia and ILABSEM at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, in collaboration with Friedrich Ebert Stiftung (FES), invites participants to its 2025 Autumn Conference: “The International Order in Question: Regional Security and Prosperity in Times of Global Flux and Disarray.”

The conference explores pressing regional and global challenges, including shifting power dynamics, cyber threats, protectionism, strong-arm politics, and Europe’s defense strategies, bringing together scholars, policymakers, and practitioners to reflect on governance, stability, and security in turbulent times.
