As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
The submission has not been previously published, nor is it under consideration by another journal (otherwise, an explanation has to be provided in Cover Letter to the Editor).
The submission file is in Microsoft Word.
Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
The text is 1.5-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
Author Guidelines
Articles should be original and should not be under consideration elsewhere.
Manuscripts should be submitted on the journal’s website. Should you encounter any difficulties, do not hesitate to contact the Editorial Team at jrecupl@unic.ac.cy.
As manuscripts are sent out anonymously for editorial evaluation, the author’s name should appear on a separate Cover page. The author’s full academic address and a short bio of no more than 100 words (including current affiliation, areas of research interest and publications and author’s ORCID number) should be included in the Cover page.
Articles should range between 6,000-10,000 words.
Case comments, research notes and book reviews should range between 1,000-2,000 words.
Documents should be submitted in A4 format, 1.5-spaced lines, in a 12-point typeface, Times New Roman font.
Where available, URLs for the references have to be provided.
Pages should be numbered consecutively.
For articles: an abstract of no more than 150-200 words should be included together with a maximum of five (5) keywords to define the article’s content. The abstract and keywords should be placed at the beginning of the first page just after the article’s title and before the main text.
Images, tables, figures, graphs, photographs, or other elements accompanying the manuscript, should be submitted separately. The aforementioned elements should be numbered consecutively with titles.
When necessary, a copyright credit should be added.
For book reviews: the reviewer’s name should appear at the end of the review. Headings should appear as follows: Author, Title, Publisher, Place, Date, number of pages, ISBN.
